On the calendar you will find the available dates for the five required courses for the Work Ready Program which are mandatory for all Journeypersons and Apprentices. These courses are fully funded by the Union’s Electrical contractors who contribute $0.25 per hour to the Work Ready Fund, this means that all courses are provided to all members free of charge.
The courses will be held during the daytime, in the evenings and on the weekends. As well as free training, coffee and snacks are provided during all training sessions. If you are an apprentice these training courses will count towards your apprenticeship hours, please remember to bring your log books to the class.
