Neil joined the JATC staff at IBEW LU 625 as an instructor of our second Pre-Apprenticeship Program. Neil orginally joined our local in 1989 and is still a membe of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors.
Neil has worked in a variety of roles in the electrical industry including as a field electrician, an inspector, and an instructor.
