David is a Red Seal Certified Construction Electrician and former secondary school teacher. He also spent several years with the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency as an Industry Training Consultant and Learning Strategist, helping apprentices and employers navigate the system and succeed in training. Drawing on classroom, jobsite, and agency experience, David focuses on supporting apprentices, strengthening training pathways, and making technical education accessible and meaningful for all members of IBEW 625. He also sits on the Electrical Training Trust, the Work Ready Committee, and the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.
